Quick Winter Lunch: Creamy Parsnip SoupAs the chilly weather settles in, it’s definitely the season to snuggle down with a warm soup. Whether it be a zesty tomato or a hearty chicken broth, we all have a flavour we love most. It may surprise you to hear that soups are fantastic nutritionally, so we’ve enlisted Culinary Expert Joe Resemblance to share with us his go-to Winter soup recipe, perfect for an -on-the-go lunch!

Don’t worry if you’re not talented in the kitchen, the Daewoo 1.7 Glass Soup Maker does all the hard work for you. Just add the ingredients, set the time and in under an hour you’ll be able to serve your own delicious,  seasonal soup. Joe has picked out his favourite creamy parsnip soup recipe, so grab these ingredients and have a go yourself…

What you’ll need:

1 small onion

2 large parsnips- peeled and roughly chopped

1 small potato- peeled and quartered

Veg stock cube


Place all the ingredients into the soup maker

Fill the soup maker with cold water to the maximum line

Select the ‘smooth soup’ function

Season with salt and pepper

    3 sticks Cellery,butternut squash,half teast spoon of chrushed dried chilly flakes,tin of cocoanut milk.fill soup maker up to line 20mins on smooth hope you enjoy as much as me !! X
