Stressed about Christmas cooking? We’ve put together 3 top tips to get you prepared!

  1. Thinking of making your own biscuits and cakes? One week before Christmas is the perfect time to make shortbread, rockyroad and other sweet treats! Many of these items will keep well stored in airtight containers until Christmas day.
  2. The day before Christmas is the time to chill your drinks, polish the cutlery and pick up the fresh veg for the big day. Vegetables that need to be trimmed and chopped, can be stored overnight in zip lock bags.
  3. Make sure by the time Christmas Day comes around you can relax and enjoy the day. Get the family in the kitchen to help with roasting, glazing and gravy making!
